Since its founding in 1970, David Harris Snr has
progressed Mid-Kent Homes from extensions and
conversions to new builds. In 1977 the company grew
and is now based at Ace House, near Orpington.

David Harris Jnr joined as senior estimator after
graduating from Greenwich University, and is now
director. Emma Harris joined after obtaining the
Institute of Legal Executives qualifications.

Mid-Kent Homes is a successful family business,
dedicated to the principle of quality service
tailored to customer requirements.

We achieve this through: -

• Dedicated Management and Staff.
Mid-Kent Homes are experienced in both domestic
and commercial construction projects. Our employees
are all full time, fully qualified and many have been
with us for a number of years. Our skilled management
team is office based (open 8am-6pm) and every job
undertaken is assigned a dedicated project manager.
David Harris deals with quotations, planning advice
and can introduce you to a suitable architect if required.
Each project is monitored by our contracts manager
Terry McCabe, who will visit the sites every day and
liaise with your project manager(s).

• Quality Assurance. We are members of The
National House Builders Council, the Federation of
Master Builders and the National Register of Warranted
Builders, which means a full TEN Year structural
guarantee can be given to any work carried out for you.

• A Professional Approach. This results in an efficient
service and a high standard of work. Our estimators,
surveyors and contract managers are very experienced
with professional qualifications.

• Versatility and Flexibility. Our capabilities range
from land acquisition, planning and development to
completion of new builds, conversions and extensions.
