MID KENT HOMES create our own quality newly-built homes, which we offer for sale in our local area. We also build new houses for clients to their own specification.

We are happy and capable of working directly with clients by
assigning one of our project managers who will work along side
our site manager, therefore saving the client the cost of having
their own project manager. We can also work with clients' architect or project manager.

MID KENT HOMES can work with you to produce a bespoke

luxury home from guiding you through complex planning issues to designing the interior of your dream home. Our new build homes come with a full NHBC warranty (see warranties).
